Welcome to Tainan!

Tainan is the most historic and cultural city of Taiwan, where in southern Taiwan and faces the Taiwan Strait in the west and south. Tainan was established as the capital of the Tungning Kingdom in 1661, and houses the first Confucian school–temple, built in 1665.
